My approach
Ivana Rončević
Psychologist & HR Professional
To me, to lead is to weave — to move from one row to another, from one moment into the next.
It’s not in pulling harder or moving faster. It’s in learning to feel the right tension.
When tension is too strong, everything contracts. When it loosens too much, integrity fails and connections dissolve.
Often, you already sense when something has gone off. My role is to help you patiently return to the point where integrity was still intact, and begin again from there.
This is realignment: the careful restoration of a pattern that fits, functions, and can be carried as your own.
My Background & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, with early training in health and social psychology, and professional education in HR and organizational development through the Human Resources Selectio Academy.
My path also includes a Bachelor’s in Contemporary Dance and formal training in Integrative Shiatsu. These disciplines inform a practical, whole-person approach to attention, presence, and decision-making under pressure.
Over the past 10+ years, I have worked in HR, consulting, and leadership roles, supporting individuals and organizations through growth and change. I have led and been part of teams in settings ranging from small founder-led startups to organizations with 150+ employees, across industries including IT, Computer Vision, Beauty, Manufacturing, and Construction.
Intention of my work
My goal is to support you — not to change or fix you as a leader.
I work to help you use realignment as a practical orientation tool when navigating ongoing complexity in your work.
The purpose of this approach is to help you discern what is true, workable, and appropriate for you and for your specific context.
